Higher-reach creators
Approximately five to six creators around the 100K+ range were secured through relationship-led negotiation while staying within the approved budget.
Vivo X300 Ultra Creator Activation
How The Brown Club curated a photography-led creator cohort, negotiated stronger profiles within budget, coordinated the experience and moved every deliverable from pre-buzz to final posting.

The context
The Brown Club had already been in touch with Vivo for multiple years and had been invited to several Vivo events. That relationship was also backed by photography credibility, including recognition in two Vivo photography competitions.
When Vivo needed a photography-focused creator meetup around the X300 Ultra, the opportunity was not simply to fill 25 seats. The job was to build the right creator mix, make the product experience genuinely relevant to them, and ensure the content moved smoothly from invitation to final delivery.

The brief
Vivo wanted a curated group across follower tiers, with a strong photography and visual-content orientation. The challenge was to match relevance, quality and reach while staying inside the approved budget.
Rather than stopping at the requested 50K+ range for the top tier, The Brown Club used existing creator relationships and negotiations to bring in approximately five to six creators around the 100K–150K+ range within the same approved budget.
The creator mix
The final cohort was designed to feel credible to a photography-led product experience rather than like a generic influencer gathering.
Approximately five to six creators around the 100K+ range were secured through relationship-led negotiation while staying within the approved budget.
A strong mix below 50K, selected for content quality, audience relevance and photography fit.
Smaller but relevant photography-led profiles helped the event feel more community-driven and credible.
From 40 to 25
The Brown Club handled the commercial and coordination layer between the creators and the brand.
We built an initial pool of approximately 40 relevant profiles based on photography quality, audience size and suitability for the product experience.
The final 25 creators were selected together with the Vivo team after the reference profiles and creator sheet were reviewed.
We approached the creators, collected commercials and negotiated on our end to secure the best possible fit within the brand’s budget.
Each creator was briefed on the required pre-buzz story and the post-event reel or carousel/post deliverable.
The activation system
The Brown Club managed the operational flow so creators and the Vivo team had one clear system from pre-event communication through final delivery.
A dedicated group brought together the creators and Vivo point of contact, with venue, timing, deliverables and operational details shared clearly.
One day before the activation, creators received the approved pre-buzz creative and published invitation-led stories to begin building awareness.
The event included a photography-led workshop designed to make the device relevant to the creators’ own craft and interests.
Creators were provided devices on event day so they could shoot, test and experience the phone in a real creative environment.
A creator contest added energy to the event and encouraged participants to push the device creatively rather than passively experiencing it.
After the event, we coordinated content approvals and ensured the agreed posts were delivered within the planned two-to-three-day window.

Hands-on experience
The event moved from learning into direct camera experimentation, giving creators space to test both the device and its photography accessories.

Making the contest matter
The Brown Club recommended making the photography contest more meaningful for creators rather than treating it like a token activity.
We suggested that the top performer receive a paid collaboration opportunity from Vivo. That turned the photography contest into something creators genuinely wanted to win and encouraged stronger participation.
Creators actively used the devices, explored the camera capabilities and produced stronger photographs because the contest had a meaningful payoff.

Event-day execution
The strength of the activation came from keeping the operational layer invisible to the creators.
Venue, timing, deliverables and expectations had already been shared, reducing last-minute confusion on event day.
The group coordination helped bring the creator cohort together smoothly and allowed the experience to start as planned.
Creators moved through the photography experience, used the X300 Ultra directly and participated in the contest, with refreshments adding to the overall hospitality.
The contest outcome was announced the same day, while social deliverables were coordinated and published within the agreed deadline.
The results
The final 25-creator cohort represented approximately 10 lakh combined followership, while the campaign generated roughly 5–6 lakh overall reach/views according to the project team.
Why it worked
Every phase connected to the next: the right creator mix, clear communication, pre-event buzz, a hands-on product environment, an incentive-led contest and disciplined post-event delivery. That made the creators more engaged and made the brand’s content objective easier to achieve.
Creator output
A mix of hands-on photography, product frames, device exploration and published collaboration assets brought the activation into social content.
