Study perception
We reviewed the existing social presence with SSPARK’s in-house team to understand why audiences were seeing production, but not the larger sports-management role.
SSPARK already had an in-house social media team. The challenge was not “more content.” It was making the scale, people, departments and operational intelligence behind IPL Jaipur visible — clearly enough that audiences understood SSPARK as the sports-management engine behind the event.

The brief
SSPARK’s teams were working across production, branding, hospitality, security, stadium readiness and multiple operational functions. But the existing social content did not communicate the full scale or complexity of that work.
The second problem was positioning: online, SSPARK could be read as a production company. The goal was to make it clear that this was a sports-event management organisation coordinating a much larger ecosystem.
The problem
Our job was to transform structures, tasks and match-day pressure into understandable stories about departments, people, decision-making and the full operating system.

Before production
Meetings, audits, recces and content mapping came before the first sustained production cycle.
We reviewed the existing social presence with SSPARK’s in-house team to understand why audiences were seeing production, but not the larger sports-management role.
Multiple stadium, office and working-area recces helped us understand departments, workflows and visual opportunities before filming.
We developed a 60–120 idea bank and structured calendar before execution, then refined priorities as match-day realities changed.

The big idea
Humanising the operation became the strategic shift. Department heads, staff, interns, coordinators and decision-makers became part of the account’s identity.
Mini-vlogs, preparation, work-in-progress and voiceover-led updates.
Transformation content made invisible operational work instantly understandable.
Department heads, teams and interns became recurring faces.
Readiness, atmosphere, deployment and different stories for each match.
Entry routes, stands, parking and practical guidance.
Rapid fires, interviews, fun formats and real working moments.
Planning proof
The content calendar covered vlogs, interviews, recces, hotel branding, security deployment, stadium content, hospitality, department stories, carousels and match-day cycles.

The partnership was structured as a professional assignment with The Brown Club embedded into the creative execution.

A multi-week calendar mapped daily storytelling and operational themes across the Jaipur leg of the season.
Execution
Some days demanded up to 10 pieces. The content unit worked through active production zones, changing permissions, harsh Jaipur light and match-day pressure.

Interview-led storytelling
Department heads and team members spoke about roles, pressure, memories, responsibilities and the reality behind IPL Jaipur.

The stadium as a story
The venue itself became a recurring visual character — from empty stands and ground preparation to a live, crowded sports environment.

Leadership & trust
SSPARK leadership, Rajasthan Royals stakeholders and operational teams were all part of the environment The Brown Club had to understand before communicating it well.

The creative unit
Creative direction, content planning, writing, DOP, editors and BTS support operated as one dedicated system throughout the engagement.

Team culture
Long days, field access, match-night energy, group celebrations and the relationships formed during the season became part of the closing story.

On-ground presence
The Brown Club’s role was embedded enough that Aryan Gupta and Shreya Khandelwal carried implementation credentials and worked across the same spaces as the operational teams.

Results
The content finally made SSPARK’s work feel like sports management at scale — not just production activity.
Business outcome
SSPARK was presented as the organisation coordinating the people, departments and operational layers behind IPL Jaipur. The relationship also opened the door to further SSPARK assignments and broader opportunities.

The Brown Club
We build creator-led and social-first content systems around real operations, events, brands and people.
